We have made improvements to the 'Add Member' pop-up screen when the Administrator clicks on the Add Member button in the User Groups module.


Below is a comparison of the previous and current designs for your reference. 


Previous Design


- When Administrators clicked on the 'Add Member' button in the User Groups module, a sub-note was displayed, informing Administrators that users with Draft status would not receive a notification. 


Current Design


When Administrators click on the 'Add Member' button in the User Groups module, a sub-note will be displayed at the bottom of the 'Add Member' pop-up screen to inform Administrators of the following:

- Adding a new member to the group will not automatically include him/her in any event the group is currently participating in or attending.

- Notifications will not be sent to users with Draft status.
