We have enhanced Section 156: Current Appointments/Interests of the Director's Disclosure module, allowing Directors and Authorised Preparers to display either Year or Month and Year for the Date of Appointment/Cessation in the Disclosure File.
This option is for when the director is unable to provide the specific date of appointment or cessation.

Note:
1) Once the option to display only Month and Year has been selected, “Date of Change” will reflect as follows in the generated disclosure file.
