Welcome to Board.Vision Tutorials. In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to create a survey form using the AI feature.
Important Note: The Board.Vision web app is optimized and supported for desktop use on Google Chrome (version 65.0 and later) and Microsoft Edge (version 87.0 and later).
To create a survey form using the AI feature:
1) Log in to your Board.Vision account using your registered email address and password.
2) Once you are logged in, click on Survey Questionnaire from the left menu.
3) Click on the +Add Survey button.
4) On the "Add Survey" page, enter the required Survey Name.
You may provide a brief description explaining the purpose of the survey and how long it will take to complete. This sets expectations for respondents.
5) Under "Settings", set a deadline and select the “Allow recipient to edit their submission” checkbox if needed.
Note:
a) If no deadline is set, recipients can edit his/her submission at anytime.
b) If a deadline is set, recipients can edit his/her submission until the deadline.
6) Scroll down to the "Add Recipients" section, then:
a) Enter the recipient's email address, or click the Add BV User button to select a recipient from the Board.Vision users list.
b) Once you have clicked on Add BV User button, a "Search to Add Recipient" window will pop up. You may select individual users or user groups. Then, click on Confirm.
7) Once you have entered all the required fields, click Next located at the bottom of your screen.
8) On the "Create Survey" page, click on the Build Survey with Ai button.
9) Enter a prompt related to the type of survey you want to create, then click on Generate to generate the survey questions.
10) A set of questions will be automatically generated for you. You can add more questions if needed.
11) Once you have added all the questions, preview your survey to ensure everything is set up correctly before sending it out.
12) To activate, click on Activate to send the survey form to all the recipients added in the add recipient's section.
13) On the "Activate Survey" pop-up window, select the "Notify Recipient" checkbox and click on Confirm.
