Welcome to Board.Vision Tutorials. In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to set a new 4-Digit PIN from your profile settings.


Important Note: This feature can be enabled or disabled by your company Administrator depending on your company's requirements. Setting a PIN adds an additional layer of security to your Board.Vision account on your mobile devices. 



To set a new 4-Digit PIN:


1) Log in to your Board.Vision account using your registered email address and password.


2) Once you have logged in, you will be directed to your Board Space. Tap on Your Name at the top right of your screen.


3) Then, tap on Settings from the dropdown menu. 


4) On the Settings page, tap on Set New PIN.


5) You will be required to enter your current 4-Digit PIN.


6) Next, enter your new 4-digit PIN and tap on Confirm.
