Board.Vision is built as a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). 


All of our services use Microsoft Azure’s cloud services. Microsoft cloud services are audited at least annually against SOC 1 (SSAE18, ISAE 3402), SOC 2, and SOC 3 standards. Our services are compliant with Service Organization Controls (SOC) framework and reports can be viewed through the Service Trust Platform. Additionally, we have access to Microsoft’s independent audit reports and certifications to verify compliance with security commitments. Board.Vision relies on Azure Zones and Data Residency & Redundancy Policies to ensure that data stays in Singapore. We use “zone-redundant services” (redundant across Microsoft data centers within Singapore) to provide redundancy. All data backups are encrypted and stored in the same zone as well.
