Welcome to Board Vision Tutorials. In this video, you will learn how to activate your Board.Vision Account.
To activate your account, please ensure you have the following:
Your registered email address with Board.Vision — you willl receive an activation link to set your password.
Your registered phone number — used to receive a One-Time Password (OTP) for verification (you can also opt for an Email OTP during your account activation).
Steps to Activate Your Account:
1) Go to your Inbox (or check your Junk/Spam folder).
2) Look for an email from Board.Vision notifications@board.vision with the subject line:
“Welcome to Board.Vision”
3) Open the email and click the “Click here” link to set your password and complete the activation.
4) Enter a secure password with at least 8 characters, containing at least three of the following:
A lowercase letter
An uppercase letter
A number
A special character (e.g. !, @, #, $)
Then, click the “>” button to proceed.
5) Once you have successfully set your password, you will be directed to the login screen.
6) On the login screen, enter your email address and password. Then, click on Continue.
7) Tap on the Agree button to accept the Terms of Use.
8) If your account is linked to multiple companies, you will see a company selection screen after logging in.
Tap on the company name you wish to access.
9) Select your preferred method to receive your One-Time Password (OTP) and click on Confirm.
10) Enter the OTP and click on Submit.
11) The next step is to save your signature into Board Vision for use when you act on Approvals. This is an optional step as well. To save your eSignature, sign within the white box, then tap on the Save button.
12) Once the OTP has been verified successfully, you will be logged into your Board.Vision account.
13) You will also receive an email notification to inform you that your Board.Vision account has been activated.
14) Your Board Vision account is now successfully activated. Now that you are logged in, the next time you open Board Vision, you will be able to log in using TouchID or FaceID.
