Welcome to Board.Vision Tutorials. In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to add a new appointment/interest.
Important Note: Director's Disclosure portal is supported on Google Chrome (version 65.0 and later), Microsoft Edge (version 87.0 and later), and Safari (version 12.0 and later) browsers.
To add a new appointment/interest:
2) Once you are logged in, both Sections 156 and 165 will be visible on your screen.
3) Click on the Add Interest button.
4) On the Add New Appointment / Interest page,
a) Check the "Past Record" box if the appointment/interest has been circulated previously and you wish to retain it in the system for record-keeping purposes. Please note that past records will not initiate any further circulation.
b) When entering the company name in the Company Information section, a dropdown list displaying company options will appear.
After selecting the company from the dropdown, the Company Registration No. (UEN) and Country of Registration fields will be automatically populated. Please note that in case the desired company is not available in the dropdown, you can manually fill in the required fields.
c) Choose your appointment/interest from the Appointment/Interest dropdown list, and provide the Date of Appointment, Co-Sec Name, and Co-Sec Email.
d) Afterward, click the "Confirm Appointment/Interest" button located at the bottom.
Note: Fields marked with asterisks (*) are mandatory and must be filled out; they cannot be left blank.
Note: If you had selected the "Past Record' checkbox, the appointment/interest status will be shown as 'Not Circulable' and no disclosure circulation is required for the company.
