Welcome to Board.Vision Tutorials. In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to act on an Approval and view Approval supporting documents.  

Important Note: Board.Vision web app is supported on Google Chrome (version 65.0 and later) and Microsoft Edge (version 87.0 and later).

So, let's get started. Check out the video linked below. Alternatively, follow the step-by-step instruction provided.

To act on an approval:

1) Log in to your Board.Vision account using your registered email address and password. 

2) From the left navigation menu, go to ‘Home’, and click on the Approvals filter.

 3To view an Approval, click on the Action Required button. 

4) In the View Approvals page, you can view the Approval's Basic Information.

Then, click on View Document to open the Approval Document in PDF format.

Important NoteAll unread documents are marked with a red dot.

5) To view the supporting document(s) associated with an Approval, click on the Supporting Document icon at the bottom right.

6) To act on the Approval, click on the Action icon at the bottom right.  

7) Click on Add Remarks to enter your comments, then click on a response action. 

Important Note: Your comments submitted, will be seen by other participants.

8) Once you have clicked on a response action, a window will pop-up reflecting your response selection with or without your signature.

a) If you have a saved e-signature, you will see the following pop-up window.

To proceed, click on Continue.

b) If you do not have any saved signature, you will see the following pop-up window. 

To proceed, click on Continue Without Signature.

9) If the Approval requires an OTP to affirm your response, you will receive a 6-digit OTP on your registered mobile phone number via SMS. Alternatively, you can use Authy to generate an OTP.

10) Once the authentication has been verified successfully, your response will be captured at the bottom of the document and Administrators can view it instantly.
