How to Access a Meeting Link

Welcome to Board.Vision Tutorials! 

In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to access a Meeting link.  

Important Note: The Board.Vision web app is optimised and supported for desktop use on Google Chrome (version 65.0 and later) and Microsoft Edge (version 87.0 and later). 

To access a Meeting link: 

1) Log in to your Board.Vision account using your registered email address and password. 

2) From your Home screen, apply the Meetings filter to locate your scheduled event, then click View Details. 

3) Click the Join Meeting button to open the video conference link in your designated conferencing platform (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).

Note: The "Join Meeting" button will only appear if the Administrator has added a meeting link to the event.
