In the previous design, Directors and hir/her Authorised Preparers can only view the Temasek-related companies list from the related companies tab.
Now, they are able to view the Temasek-related companies list when adding a shareholding/interest.
To view the Temasek-related companies list when adding a shareholding/interest:
1) Log in to your Director's Disclosure account using your registered email address and password.
2) Click on the Arrow Down button next to the Section 156 header, then select Section 165 from the dropdown list.
3) Once you have selected Section 165, the Current Shareholdings section will be shown as your main screen.
4) Click on the
icon.
5) In the Create Disclosure of Interest page, click on the View Temasek Related Companies List button at the top middle of the screen to view the Temasek-related companies list.
6) Next, once you click on View Temasek Related Companies List, the Confidentiality Notice will pop-up. Click on View Related Companies List to acknowledge the Confidentiality Notice and proceed.
7) Next, the Temasek Related Companies List will be shown in a new tab.
