How to Reset your Password

This guide shows you how to reset your password.

Before you start

Please ensure you are using one of the supported browsers:

Google Chrome (v65 and above)
Microsoft Edge (v87 and above)

Steps:

1) Log in to Board.Vision using your registered email address and password.

2) You will land on Meetings & Events. Click on Your Profile Picture at the top right of your screen.

3) Then, click on My Profile from the dropdown menu.

4) Click on the Reset Password button.

5) Then, click on Confirm from the Reset Password screen.

6) You will receive an email with a reset password link

7) Follow the instructions provided in the email to reset your password.
