Welcome to Board.Vision Tutorials. In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to reset your password.
There are two ways to reset your password:
Forgot Password:
If you’ve forgotten your password, tap on "Forgot password?" on the login screen to set a new one.Profile Settings:
If you’re already logged into your Board.Vision account, you can change your current password in your Profile Settings.
Resetting your password via login screen
If you’ve forgotten your password, follow these steps:
1) On the login screen, tap on enter your email address and tap on Continue.
2) Tap on "Forgot password?".
3) You will be directed to the "Reset your password" screen. Enter your email address and tap Continue.
4) Check your email for instructions to reset your password.
5) From your email inbox, retrieve the Reset your password email from [email protected]. Then, select click here to proceed.
6) You will be directed to the Board.Vision website to set your new password. Enter your new password twice, then tap on >.
Once your password has been reset successfully, you will be automatically directed to the login page.
Resetting your password via your profile
If you’ve forgotten your password, follow these steps:
1) Log in to the Board.Vision App with your registered email address and password.
2) Tap on the Menu icon located at the bottom right of the menu bar. Then, go to "Settings".
4) Tap on Password Reset.
5) On the "Reset Password" pop-up window, tap on Yes. 
6) A prompt message will appear to inform you that an email with a reset password link has been sent to your email. Follow the instructions provided in the email to reset your password.
