2) From the left menu, go to Users, and click on +Add User.
3) In the Add User page, enter the mandatory fields and select Auditor from the System Roles section.
Next, Administrators will be required to set the Auditor's access time range to Board.Vision.
4) Scroll down to the Auditor's Access Time Range.
5) In the Auditor's Time Access Range, select the BV Access Time Range End Date*.
*End Date means the date the Auditor's access to Board.Vision ceases.
Important Note: Once you have activated the Auditor's User account, the Auditor's access to Board.Vision will also be activated.
To allow Auditors to access the Approvals, the Administrators will be required to set the Approval's access date range.
6) To do so, under the Approval - Access Time Range*, select the Start Date and End Date.
*Approval - Access Time Range refers to the date the resolution is passed.
7) Once the date range has been set, all the Approvals with a passing date within the set date range will be listed in the Accessible Approvals box.
Administrators can disable the Auditor's access to a particular Approval.
8) To do so, click on the Accessible Approvals box, and a Search to grant access pop-up window will appear on the right side of the screen.
9) In the Search to grant access pop-up window, click on the Approval name.
Alternatively, you can click on 'x' to remove the approval from the Accessible Approvals box.
