In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to enable Touch ID on your iPad.
To enable Touch ID on your iPad:
1) Log in to your Board.Vision account using your registered email address and password.
2) Once you have logged in, you will be directed to your Board Space.
3) Depending on your company's settings:
- If the 4-digit PIN feature is enabled, force close the Board.Vision app.
- If the 4-digit PIN feature is disabled, simply minimize the Board.Vision app.
Reopen the Board.Vision app.
4) Next, tap to open the Board.Vision app again.
5) When prompted with 'Touch ID for "Board.Vision"', place your thumb on the iPad Home button (see red box).
You have successfully enabled Touch ID on your Board.Vision account.
