Welcome to Board.Vision Tutorials. In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to act on an Approval with Face / Touch ID.
You will be able to use Face / Touch ID only for Approvals that do not require a one-time password (OTP).
To act on an Approval with Face /Touch ID:
1) Log in to the Board.Vision App with your registered email address and password.
2) Tap on the approval from your "To-Do List" 
3) On the left side of your screen, you will see the Deadline, the Approval document, any Supporting documents (if available), and the list of Voters.
Important Note: The list of voters will be hidden if the approval is set to closed.
On the right side, you can view the document.
4) Next, tap on the Actions button at the bottom right of the screen.

5) Once you have tapped on the Actions button, it will expand, revealing several action buttons.
If you wish to leave a comment on the Approval, tap on Add Remarks.
Important Note: Your comment will be visible to both Administrators and other Participants. Once you have submitted your response action (Approve, Disapprove or Abstain), you will not be able to add any remarks.

6) To act on the Approval, tap on Approve, Disapprove, or Abstain (if Administrator enabled).

7) After selecting a response action, if you have submitted any remarks, you will be prompted to edit them before proceeding.
Tap “Continue without editing” or “Edit”. 
8) Following your response selection, a screen will appear, reflecting your chosen response and signature. Tap on Proceed to continue.

9) To securely continue, use Face ID (facial recognition) or Touch ID (fingerprint scan) to verify your identity.

10) After successful authentication, your response will appear at the bottom of the document. Administrators will be notified via email and can view your submission immediately.
