If you are seeing an error that prevents you from logging in, even though your credentials (email and password) are correct, your account may have been temporarily blocked by our authentication system (Auth0).
Common reasons your account may be blocked:
Multiple consecutive unsuccessful login attempts (e.g. repeated wrong password entries).
Suspicious login activity detected (e.g., login attempts from unrecognized locations or devices).
System-triggered security precautions to prevent unauthorised access if your credentials are suspected to be compromised.
Even if your password is correct, a blocked account will not allow login until unblocked.
