When your account has been blocked, after failing to verify the 2FA authentication upon login


1) After the 5th time failing to verify the 2FA authentication upon login, your account will be blocked from requesting OTP via SMS. 


Please contact the Board,Vision Customer Experience (CX) Team to unblock your account. 


Alternatively, you can get an alternate OTP by using the Authy App.  



When your account has been blocked, after multiple consecutive unsuccessful login attempts


1) After the 10th unsuccessful login attempt, your account will automatically be temporarily blocked. 


2) Once your account has been blocked, you will receive an email from notifications@board.vision with the title of 'Account blocked from IP xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx.'  


3) Click on the UNBLOCK link from the email to unblock your Board.Vision account.
