Can the Director or Authorised Preparer Add an Appointment / Interest Under Section 156 for Record Purpose Without the Need for Circulation? Print

If the Director or Authorised Preparer would like to add an Appointment / Interest in the Director's Disclosure Section 156 without the need for circulation, they are required to select the Past Record checkbox in the Add New Appointment / Interest page.

Important Note: The current appointment/interest added as a past record will not be circulated, and will only be kept as a record.
