Welcome to Board.Vision Tutorials. In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to remove an Administrator’s sub-role. 


Important Note: The Board.Vision web app is optimized and supported for desktop use on Google Chrome (version 65.0 and later) and Microsoft Edge (version 87.0 and later). Please note that this support is intended for desktop environments and is not applicable to mobile devices.  



To remove an Administrator’s sub-role:


1) Log in to your Board.Vision account using your registered email address and password.

2) Click on Your Profile Picture at the top right of your screen.  


Then, click on Access Rights Settings from the dropdown menu.  


4) You will be directed to the "Access Rights Settings" page, which lists all the Administrators in the company and their sub-role (if any).


5) Click on the Delete Administrator Role icon from the Action column.


6) From the "Delete Administrator Role" pop-up window, click on Confirm.


Administrator Assignment Permissions:


1. Product Owner:

  • Can remove the access rights of an Elevated Administrator or Super Administrator.

2. Super Administrator:

  • Can remove the access rights of an Elevated Administrator only. 

3. Normal Administrator and Elevated Administrator:

  • Do not have the right to remove any Administrator's sub-role.


Important Note: To remove an Administrator from having a Product Owner's access rights, please reach out to our Board.Vision Customer Experience Team for further assistance.
