Previously, only Board.Vision companies would be auto-populated in the Year End Disclosure.
Now, the non-Board.Vision companies will also be auto-populated in the Year End Disclosure if the user had circulated a year end disclosure for the company before.
For example, I have added a non-Board.Vision company (ABC Pte. Ltd.) to the Year End Disclosures section with the following information:
Start Type: Date of Appointment
Start Date: 01/12/2020
Financial Year End: 31/03/2021
After sending the year end disclosure for ABC Pte. Ltd., the company will remain reflected under the Year End Disclosures section, available for next year's circulation.
The company information will be auto-updated as below:
Start Type: Financial Year Start
Start Date: 01/04/2021
Financial Year End: 31/03/2022
