How to Save and Share a Document

Welcome to Board.Vision Tutorials. In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to save and share a document.


Important Note: You will only be able to view meeting documents if your Administrator has granted access. 


To save and share a document:


1) Open the document you would like to save or share. Tap on the 'Share' button from the menu toolbar at the top of the screen.  


3) Choose the Recipient/ Application from the pop-up screen. 


4) Alternatively, you can save the document to your device. To do so, scroll down the pop-up screen and select 'Save to Files'.
