How to Recuse a User or User Group from Viewing a Meeting Agenda Document

Welcome to Board.Vision Tutorials. In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to recuse a user or user group from viewing a Meeting agenda document.


Important Note: Board.Vision web app is supported on Google Chrome (version 65.0 and later) and Microsoft Edge (version 87.0 and later).  


To recuse a user or user group from viewing a Meeting agenda document:


1) Log in to your Board.Vision account using your registered email address and password. 


2) From the left navigation menu, go to Meetings & Events, and click on a Meeting. 


3) On the View Meeting page, scroll down to the Agenda Details section and click on View Documents.


 4) On the document pop-up window, click on the Participants tab.


5) Under the "Users" or "User Groups" tab, click to toggle off the access for the user who is recused from viewing the document. Then, click on the Confirm and Update button.

Note: By default, the Recusal Remarks textbox shows 'Recused'. You may edit the recusal remarks, which will be visible to the user.
