There is an update on the Distribution List pop-up screen when the Directors or his/her Authorised Preparers circulate disclosures under  Section 156 and Section 165.


Below is a comparison of the previous and current designs for your reference.

Previous Design


- Previously, when the Director or his/her Authorised Preparer clicked on the Circulate or Prepare Disclosure button, the 'Save Distribution List for the next circulation'

checkbox on the Distribution List pop-up screen was selected by default. 







Current Design

- Now, when the Director or his/her Authorised Preparer clicks on the Circulate or Prepare Disclosure button, the 'Save Distribution List for the next circulation' checkbox on the Distribution List pop-up screen will be unselected by default. 




Important Note: 

This change will only apply to new users. Existing users who have previously utilised this setting will not be affected.
