Previously, once a Director had given the access to his/her Executive Assistant or Company Secretary as his/her Authorised Preparer, the latter was able to prepare and circulate the Director’s disclosure on his/her behalf along with a supporting document. 

 

Now, Director has the option to disallow his/her Authorised Preparer to circulate the disclosure on his/her behalf along with a supporting document.

 

To disallow the Authorised Preparer to circulate the disclosure on your behalf with a supporting document, deselect the checkbox under the Allow Authorised Preparer to Circulate with Supporting Document column under the Manage Access Permissions page.

Previous Design

On the Manage Access Permissions page, there was no option for Director to allow/disallow their Authorised Preparer to circulate disclosure on his/her behalf with a supporting document.

On the Manage Access Permissions page, Director can disallow his/her Authorised Preparer to circulate disclosure on his/her behalf with a supporting document. 

 

Under the Allow Authorised Preparer to Circulate with Supporting Document column, deselect the checkbox.
