We have enhanced the Agenda Item Type in the Meetings & Events module. 


On the Add / Edit Agenda pop-up window, a free text field will be shown when the Administrator selects 'Other Matter' from the Item Type dropdown list. 


The text that Administrators have entered into the text field will also be reflected on the Business User's view on the desktop/laptop. This feature will soon be made available on iPad, iPhone, and Android devices.


Below is a comparison of the previous and current designs for your reference. 


Previous Design

- There was no free text field when the Administrators select 'Other Matter' from the Item Type dropdown list.
