Allowing Administrators to Hide Serial Numbers in the Meeting Agenda Document Print

This new feature allows the Administrator to hide the serial number (SN) in the meeting agenda documents for Web App Users.

This feature will soon be made available on iPad, iPhone, and Android devices.

To hide the serial number (SN) in the meeting agenda documents:

1) On the View Meeting page, click on the Settings icon at the top right.

2) On the Meeting Advanced Settings pop-up window, select the Hide SN in Meeting Agenda Documents checkbox. Then, click on Update.

3) Once you have clicked on Confirm, the document Serial Number (SN) will be hidden from the Administrator and Director's view.

Administrator's view:

When the Serial Number (SN) is shown.
When the Serial Number (SN) is hidden.

Director's view on desktop/laptop:

When the Serial Number (SN) is shown.
When the Serial Number (SN) is hidden.
