We have enhanced the Agenda Item Type in the Meetings & Events module.
Administrators are now able to enter text into the free text field when selecting 'Other Matter' as the Agenda Item Type.
The text will also be reflected in the Business User's and Executive Assistant's view on Android. This feature was made available for desktop/laptop users, and on iPad and iPhone devices.
Below is a comparison of the previous and current designs for your reference.
- If the Administrator had selected Other Matter as the Agenda Item Type, ‘Other Matter’ was shown on the Business User's and Executive Assistant's view.
- If the Administrator selects Other Matter as the Agenda Item Type, he/she will be able to enter text into the free text field. The text that the Administrator enters, for example, ‘For your reference only’, will be shown as the item type on the Business User’s and Executive Assistant's view, in place of ‘Other Matter’.
