Welcome to Board.Vision Tutorials. In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to set an auto reminder to notify pending signatories.
To set an auto reminder to notify pending signatories:
1) Log in to your Board.Vision account using your registered email address and password.
2) Once you are logged in, click on SmartSign from the left menu.
3) Click on the Select Action button under the "Action" column.
4) Then, select Set Reminder from the pop-up menu.
5) On the "Set Reminder" pop-up window, select the Set Automatic Reminder checkbox. Then, enter the timing and Number of days between reminder and click on Confirm.
Note: By inputting 0 for the 'Number of days between reminder', it means that the auto reminder will be sent out only once.
6) Once the auto reminder has been set, the signatories who have not signed the document will receive a separate reminder email from notifications@board.vision with the title “<Company Name>: SmartSign reminder - ‘Preparer's Name’ has sent you a document to review and sign”.
