This new enhancement allows the Administrator to edit/replace/delete documents under the Agenda Documents and Additional Documentation sections for ended Meetings.


Important Note: The edit/replace/delete of documents applies only to the documents that have been uploaded post-meeting for both Agenda documents and Additional Documentation.


Below is a comparison of the previous and current designs for your reference. 


1) Agenda Documents



Previous Design


- Once the Administrator uploaded a document to an Agenda Item, he/she could not edit/replace/delete it.

Current Design


- Even after the Administrator uploads a document to an Agenda Item, he/she can edit/replace/delete it.



2) Additional Documentation



Previous Design


- Once the Administrator uploaded a document under the Additional Documentation section, he/she could not edit/replace/delete it.


Current Design


- Even after the Administrator uploads a document under the Additional Documentation section, he/she can edit/replace/delete it.
