Board.Vision

This recent enhancement introduces several user interface (UI) changes to the login process for Temasek Users accessing their Board.Vision accounts on their desktop/laptop/iPad/mobile application.

Important Note: The new changes will take effect on Wednesday, 25 October 2023, starting from 12:00 AM SGT.

For Desktop/ Laptop Users

1. UI change for users who are not already logged in to Temasek’s MSO365 (Microsoft Office 365)

With the new design, users will be greeted with a new login page. The login page includes a “Continue with Temasek” option button. Clicking on it will direct users to a new prompt where they can choose from a list of automatically detected accounts. This enhancement will allow users to seamlessly log into Board.Vision without the need to manually enter their Temasek email address as compared to the old design in which users are required to type in their email account details on the login page.

2. UI change for users who are already logged in to Temasek’s MSO365

Previously, users who were already logged in to their Temasek’s MSO365 accounts were required to enter their Temasek email address on the login page. With this enhancement, users can now easily access their Board.Vision account with a one-click login without the need to re-enter their Temasek email address.

For iPad/Mobile Users

1. UI change for users who have not already logged in to Temasek’s MSO365 on their devices

With the new design, users will be greeted with a new login page. The login page includes a “Continue with Temasek” option button. Clicking on it will direct users to enter his/her Temasek email address and Temasek email address password on the login page during their initial login as compared to the old design in which users were required to type in their email account details on the login page.

2. UI change for users who have logged in to Temasek’s MSO365 already on their mobile devices

Previously, users who were already logged in to their Temasek’s MSO365 accounts were required to enter their Temasek email address on the login page. With this enhancement, for subsequent logins, users can now easily access their Board.Vision account with a one-click login without the need to re-enter their Temasek email address.
