This new enhancement allows the Preparer to save their documents as drafts without the requirement to add any fields for Signatories.

Below is a comparison of the previous and current designs for your reference.  

Previous Design

On the document, the Preparer was required to add at least one field, selecting from options such as:

i) Signature

ii) Initial

iii) Name

iv) Date

v) Checkbox

vi) Add text

This step was necessary before being able to save the document as a draft.

Current Design

Now, the Preparer has the option to save the document as a draft even without adding any fields.

To save the document as a draft, simply click on the "More Options" button and select 'Save and Close'.
