We have enhanced the Action and Supporting Documents buttons Desktop/Laptop in the Approvals module.
This enhancement was made available on Android on 14 Dec 2023.
Below is a comparison of the previous and current designs for your reference.
Previous Design - When Business Users tapped on the Approval that required their response from the "Upcoming Items" section, they were redirected to the Approval document. Within the Approval document, they saw the supporting and action buttons presented in the form of icons located at the bottom right side of the screen. |  |
