This new enhancement allows the Administrators to have the option to select three outcome options; Passed, Confirmed, or Failed when closing and resolving an Approval.

The Confirmed status specifically serves the purpose of confirming minutes from a previous meeting. 

Below is a comparison of the previous and current designs for your reference.

Previous Design

- Administrators were only able to select a Passed or Failed outcome.

Current Design

- When closing and resolving the Approval, Administrators have the option to choose from Passed, Confirmed, or Failed as the outcome.
