We have enhanced the Browser presentation of Meeting agenda documents to align with the iPad layout. 


Previously, when Business Users clicked on View Document in the ‘Agenda Details’ section on the 'View Meeting Basic Information' page, they were redirected to view the PDF document in a new tab. To access other agenda documents, they had to navigate back to the previous tab and repeat the process.

 

Now, similar to the iPad interface, Business Users can conveniently access a list of Meeting agendas and all related agenda documents as well as viewing the PDF document within one screen.


Note: This enhancement also applies to the Administrators and Executive Assistants (if permitted by Administrators for EA to view the Meeting agenda documents).
 

Below is a comparison of the previous and current designs for your reference.


Previous Design
1. After Business Users clicked on View Document in the Meeting's Agenda Details section, an 'Agenda Documents' window popped up and to view the document, Users were required to click on the document name.


2. Once they had clicked on the document name, Business Users were redirected to view the PDF document in a new tab.

 

3. To access all other agenda documents, Business Users were required to first tap on Close or select the previous tab and click on the document from the Agenda Details section again.


Current Design

1.  After Business Users click on View Document in the Meeting's 'Agenda Details' section, an 'Agenda Documents' window will pop up. To view the document, Users will click on the document name.

2. Once they have clicked on the document name, Business Users will be redirected to the enhanced document page, showing a list of Meeting agendas on the left side of the screen.

Then, click on Expand Tabs.


3. Upon clicking on Expand Tabs, it will reveal all related agenda documents within the agenda. When they click on a document name, the PDF document will be displayed on the right side of the screen.
