We have added a new feature, "Business User Dashboard", allowing Business Users to efficiently act on multiple approvals from a single screen.
To access this feature, Business Users can simply navigate to the 'Company Selection' screen upon logging in and when switching between companies.
To go to the Business User Dashboard upon logging in:
1) Tap on the Business User Dashboard on the 'Company Selection' screen after logging in with your email and password.
2) Once you have tapped on the Business User Dashboard button, you will see the 'Business User Dashboard' screen and the To-Do List will be your landing page listing the Approvals pending for your action.
To go to the Business User Dashboard when switching companies:
1) Once you have logged in to your Board.Vision account, tap on your profile name button at the top right side of the screen, and select Switch Company.
2) Then, tap on the Business User Dashboard on the 'Company Selection' screen.
3) Once you have tapped on the Business User Dashboard button, you will see the 'Business User Dashboard' screen and the To-Do List will be your landing page listing the Approvals pending for your action.
4) Please note that Business Users are required to preview the approval document first. Currently, the Select Action dropdown is disabled until the document has been previewed.
