We have made improvements to the Register of Directors module to ensure that when an Administrator updates the cessation of the appointment of an Alternate Director, the information is updated on the "Past" record page.


Previously, this information was not reflected on the "Past" record page.


Important Note: You can only update the cessation of an Alternate Director with a confirmed date of appointment. 


Below is a comparison of the previous and current designs for your reference.  


 Previous Design 


- When the Administrator updated the cessation of the appointment of an Alternate Director, his/her record did not appear on the "Past" record page.


Current Design


- When the Administrator updates the cessation of the appointment of an Alternate Director, the record will be reflected on the "'Past" record page.
