We have made improvements to the 'Finalise Outcome and Resolve' pop-up screen when the Administrator clicks on the Close and Resolve button in the Approvals module.


Below is a comparison of the previous and current designs for your reference. 


Previous Design


- When Administrators clicked on the Close and Resolve button in the Approvals module, an asterisk was displayed next to the participant's name on the 'Finalise Outcome and Resolve' pop-up screen. 

However, there was no description provided to indicate that this signifies participants who have responded to the approval.

Current Design


- When Administrators click on the 'Close and Resolve ' button in the Approvals module, an asterisk is displayed next to the participant's name on the 'Finalise Outcome and Resolve' pop-up screen. 

There is also a description to indicate that participants have responded to the approval.
