We have made improvements to provide Business Users with a 'Switch' option, allowing them to choose to receive the one-time password ("OTP") via SMS or email.

 

Previously, Business Users could only receive the OTP via SMS. 

 

Important Note: This enhancement applies to Business Users when they perform the following actions:


For Business Users


  • Taking action on Approvals that require OTP.


a. Approve

b. Disapprove

c. Abstain


  • Taking action on Approvals from the Business User Dashboard To-do-list.


a. Approve

This enhancement also applies to Administrators and Authorised Preparers when they perform the following actions:


For Administrators


  • Taking action on Approvals on behalf of the Director under the "Upload Offline Decision".

c. Abstain


For Authorised Preparers


  • Circulating disclosures on behalf of the Director for Director's Disclosure Sections 156 and 165.

- Users could only receive an OTP via SMS. 


 

Current Design

 

- The new OTP Verification pop-up screen allows Users to click the "Switch to Email OTP" button to receive an OTP via email or proceed to enter the OTP sent via SMS.
