This new enhancement allows the Director and his/her Authorised Preparer to delete a year-end record that does not require circulation in the Director's Disclosure Section 165 module.

Previously, if a record has been auto-generated for a company or added by the director, and thereafter circulated for that financial year end, the system will auto-generate the same record for the next financial year end. If the director ceases his/her appointment during the next financial year, they will not be able to delete that record.


Note: This enhancement will soon be made available for Director's Disclosure on mobile.

On the "Section 165 Year End Disclosures" page, we have added a Delete function next to the Reminder button under the "Action" column.
