We have added a function to allow Administrators to enable or disable the Add Remarks feature for Approvals via the Approval Settings section in the ‘Global Settings’ page. 


Important Note: This function is available only to the Product Owner and Super Administrator roles and applies to the Approvals module.


Below is a comparison of the previous and current designs for your reference. 


Previous Design

- The Global Settings page did not have an "Allow Business User to Add Remarks" function.

Current Design

- We have added a "Allow Business User to Add Remarks" function located under the Approvals Settings section to the Global Settings page.

 


Once enabled, the "Allow Business User to Add Remarks" checkbox will be automatically selected by default when the Administrator creates a draft Approval, and deselected when disabled.
