We have added a function that allows the user group or event administrators to disable the Product Owner or Super Administrator access to confidential events or documents. This ensures that any confidential documents uploaded are only accessible to authorised users.


Previously, once a user group or event was created, Product Owners or Super Administrators had access to view all uploaded documents, even if they were not the user group or event administrators.


Below is a comparison of the previous and current designs for your reference. 


For User Groups


Previous Design

- The User Group Information page did not have an "Allow Product Owner and Super Administrator to manage this user group" function.

Current Design

- We have added an "Allow Product Owner and Super Administrator to manage this user group" function located under the Add Administrators section to the User Group Basic Information page.

 


If the option is disabled, the Product Owner or Super Administrator will only be able to view the User Group's Basic Information upon clicking on the Group Name. The action buttons and uploaded documents will not be available to them. 



For Meetings & Events


Previous Design

- The Meeting Basic Information page did not have an "Allow Product Owner and Super Administrator to access this meeting" function.

Current Design

- We have added an "Allow Product Owner and Super Administrator to access this meeting" function located under the Add Administrators section to the Meeting Basic Information page.

 


If the option is disabled, the Product Owner or Super Administrator will only be able to view the Meeting Name, Venue, Date and Time, and Status on the Meetings & Events listing page. The action buttons will not be available to them. 


For Approvals


Previous Design

- The Approval Basic Information page did not have an "Allow Product Owner and Super Administrator to access this approval" function.

Current Design

- We have added an "Allow Product Owner and Super Administrator to access this approval" function located under the Add Administrators section in the Approval Basic Information page.

 


If the option is disabled, the Product Owner or Super Administrator will only be able to view the Approval Name, Passing percentage, Passing/Confirmation Date (if any), Deadline and Status on the Approvals listing page. The action buttons will not be available to them.
