This new enhancement allows the Administrators to save events such as Meetings, Approvals, and Schedules as drafts with event names only.


Administrators can save these events as a draft by entering only the event name. 


Below is a comparison of the previous and current designs for your reference. 


Previous Design

- When Administrators created a new event, such as Meetings, Approvals, or Schedules, they were required to fill in all mandatory fields marked with an asterisk before saving the event as a draft. 
Current Design

- When creating a new event, such as a Meeting, Approval, or Schedule, Administrators now only need to enter the event name to save it as a draft.
