We have enhanced the Deactivate and Dissolve functions in the User Groups module.
With this update, when Administrators deactivate or dissolve a user group:
- The user group's account will automatically be archived and moved to the "View Archived User Group" section.
- The user group’s record will also be removed from all active or draft upcoming events.
Below is a comparison of the previous and current designs for your reference.
1) Deactivating a User Group
Previous Design | a) After the Administrator clicked on the Deactivate button, a "Deactivate User Group" window popped up. b) Once confirmed, the User Group was still displayed under the "User Group Management" page. |
Current Design
- When an Administrator deactivates a User Group, its status is updated to Inactive, and the record is automatically moved to the "View Archived User Group" section for easy reference. | a) After the Administrator clicks on Confirm to deactivate a User Group, the record will automatically be removed from the "User Group Management" page. Current Design | a) After the Administrator clicks on Confirm to deactivate a User Group, the record will automatically be removed from the "User Group Management" page. To view the archived record, click on the View Archived User Group button next to the page header. b) The record will be marked as Dissolved and displayed on the "Archived User Group" page. |
