We have made improvements to the Meetings & Events module, allowing Administrators to activate a Meeting without sending email notifications to other Administrators who are Administrators to the Meeting, including the one activating the Meeting.


Previously, when an Administrator activated a Meeting, all Administrators, who were Administrators to the Meeting, received an email notification from Board.Vision.


Below is a comparison of the previous and current designs for your reference. 


Previous Design

- There was no "Notify administrator" checkbox in the "Activate Meeting" pop-up message.
Current Design

- After clicking on the Activate buttona pop-up message will appear, prompting the Administrator to confirm the activation. They will also have the option to either notify or not notify other Administrators who are Administrators to the Meeting.
