We have enhanced the Survey Questionnaire module to support file attachments. Surveyors can now upload supporting documents when creating or editing surveys, making it easier to provide context and improve the quality of responses. 


With this update, Surveyors can:

  • Upload supporting documents or reference materials directly within the survey.

  • Ensure respondents have all the necessary context when completing the survey.


Below is a comparison of the previous and current designs for your reference. 


 Previous Design 


- Surveyors could not upload any supporting documents as part of the survey.


Current Design

- Surveyors can upload supporting documents within the survey under the Designer section by navigating to Other > Attachment.
