We have introduced an additional notification feature to keep the Administrator informed during the user onboarding process.


When a new user is added to Board.Vision for the first time, the system will now:

  • Send a separate email notification to the Administrator confirming that the user account has been successfully created.

  • The notification includes the new user’s name and email address, but does not contain a password creation link, in line with our security practices.


Below is a sample Administrator email template for your reference.


Subject: Board.Vision New User Account Created - [New User Name]


Dear Sir/Mdm,


We would like to inform you that a new user account has been successfully created in the system.


New User Details:

  • Name: [New User Name]
  • Email: [New User Email Address]


A password creation email (see sample below) has been sent to the new user at the email address above.

Action for Admin:


Please follow up with the user to ensure they have received the email and guide them through the password creation process if needed.
