This enhancement allows Administrators to set access permissions that enable Auditors to view supporting documents attached to approvals. 


The option is available under Auditor's Access Settings on the Auditor's User Profile Information page.


This provides greater control over document visibility and ensures that Auditors have the necessary context when reviewing approvals.


Below is a comparison of the previous and current designs for your reference.

-  Administrators could not configure any access settings to allow Auditors to view supporting documents attached to approvals. 

Current Design


- We have added new configuration options to enhance Auditor access within approval workflows. Administrators can now choose to:

1) Allow Auditor to view approval supporting documents


2) Allow Auditor to download approval supporting documents
