We have added a new feature in the Approvals module that allows Administrators to delete Business Users' submitted annotations. This enables users to make further edits and resubmit the document when necessary. 


Below is a comparison of the previous and current designs for your reference.  


 Previous Design 

- Once a user had submitted his/annotated document, they could not make changes or resubmit.

Administrators could only view the submission.

Current Design

- Administrators can now delete a user's submitted annotation.


The Delete button is located under the new "Action" column in the "User Submitted Documents" section.

Once deleted:

  • The “Submit to Admin” button becomes visible again to the user.

  • The user’s previous annotations remain intact, allowing them to continue editing from where they left off and resubmit.
