Welcome to Board.Vision Tutorials. In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to log in with Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). 


Please note that this is a one-time setup process required during your first login.


Important Note: The Board.Vision web app is optimised and supported for desktop use on Google Chrome (version 65.0 and later) and Microsoft Edge (version 87.0 and later). Please note that this support is intended for desktop environments and is not applicable to mobile devices. 



To log in with Two-Factor Authentication (2FA):


1) Enter your registered email address and password on the login screen to continue.



2) Scan the QR code displayed on your screen using your preferred authenticator app (i.e. Google Authenticator or similar)

Then, enter the one-time code provided by the app in the field below.


Note: The QR code will appear only during the initial setup. After that, you can simply open your authenticator app and enter the OTP—no need to scan the QR code again.



3) Once you have entered the one-time code, click on Continue.



4) Once the code is verified, you will be directed to your Home page.
