How to Automatically Set 'Allow Business User to Add Remarks' for Approvals

In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to automatically set 'Allow Business User to Add Remarks' for Approvals.

Important Note: The Board.Vision web app is optimised and supported for desktop use on Google Chrome (version 65.0 and later) and Microsoft Edge (version 87.0 and later). 

To automatically set 'Allow Business User to Add Remarks' for Approvals:

1) Log in to your Board.Vision account using your registered email address and password. 

2) Go to Your Profile Picture at the top right of your screen and click on Global Settings from the dropdown menu.   

3) Scroll down to the Approval Settings section and click the 'Allow Business User to Add Remarks' checkbox to enable.

4) Once updated, the 'Allow Business User to Add Remarks' option will be enabled by default when an Admin creates an Approval.
